People deal with stress in different ways. Some keep themselves busy to avoid it as long as they can, others try to release it through meditation. I, T.J., have found that outdoor activities and exercise have helped me manage my stress. As our family makes these changes to live a healthier lifestyle, we hope to find ways to reduce and release stress to avoid its problems. Stress, where is the off ramp?
